1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using NEET Ninja, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. We may update these terms — continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.

2. What NEET Ninja Is

NEET Ninja is an online practice and analytics platform for NEET exam preparation. It provides:

• Previous year questions with AI-generated explanations
• Multiple quiz modes for timed and topic-wise practice
• Performance analytics, weak-area detection, and speed tracking
• NCERT page mapping for each question

NEET Ninja is not a coaching institute, tutoring service, or exam-conducting body. We do not guarantee any specific exam result or rank.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One account per person — don't share your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are inactive for extended periods, or are involved in fraudulent activity.

4. Free Tier & Paid Plans

Free Access

Every account gets free access to 20 questions in the Question Bank, one Mock Test, and one Quiz Arena run per mode (4 modes). No credit card required.

Paid Plans

NEET Ninja offers three paid tiers — Basic, Pro, and Complete — differentiated by feature access, not duration. Each plan is a one-time purchase valid through the NEET 2027 exam cycle (until 30 June 2027). Basic unlocks unlimited practice across every quiz mode; Pro adds AI explanations, full analytics, and the Nova AI tutor at 10 messages a day; Complete raises Nova to 100 messages a day and adds the test series and the daily challenge. Payment

Payments are processed via Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes. Plans are one-time purchases — there is no recurring billing, no card kept on file, and no auto-renewal. When your plan expires, your account reverts to the free tier; you keep your progress and analytics history.

Refunds

All purchases are final. The free tier exists so you can evaluate the product before paying, so we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. The only exceptions are a duplicate charge, a payment captured by Razorpay but never activated on your account due to a platform error, or another failure on our platform. Email support@neetninja.com and we will resolve it, including a refund where appropriate.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute your account access
• Scrape, copy, or systematically download question content or explanations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the platform
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the service
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another user
• Use NEET Ninja for any purpose other than personal exam preparation

6. Content & Intellectual Property

All content on NEET Ninja — including questions, explanations, analytics algorithms, UI design, and branding — is owned by NEET Ninja or used under license. NEET exam questions are sourced from publicly available previous year papers conducted by NTA.

AI-generated explanations are created by our system and provided as study aids. While we strive for accuracy, explanations should be cross-referenced with your textbooks and trusted sources.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

NEET Ninja is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• 100% accuracy of AI-generated explanations
• Any specific exam outcome, score, or rank improvement
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers

We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform reliable and content accurate, but no software is perfect.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEET Ninja shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan.

9. NEET & NTA Disclaimer

NEET Ninja is an independent platform and has no affiliation with the National Testing Agency (NTA) or any government body. NEET® is a registered trademark of NTA. Our use of the term "NEET" is purely descriptive — to indicate that our content is relevant to NEET exam preparation.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of NEET Ninja shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
